FREIGHT: Free freight on all orders $1,000.00 or more, including items on backorder. Free freight on orders 300 lbs or more on items in stock, with the exception of orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. Freight sensitive items not included in free freight. Refrigerated items will also be charged freight for the difference between regular freight and 2nd day air freight. The method of transportation will be selected by MPI unless other arrangements are made with customer service. If your shipment is less than $1,000.00 or 300 lbs, the freight charges will be added to your invoice. This also applies to all backorders. If you request anything other than regular ground, such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc., a statement with the charges will be faxed for your signature and approval, upon placing the order. Partial shipments are made when necessary. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. We no longer ship COD.
BACKORDERS: 24 hour confirmation on backorders via fax. All backorders will be shipped immediately upon receipt of goods. Items will not be canceled unless specified on your purchase order. Any item ordered that is not currently stocked will be canceled and a notification sent.
RETURNS AND DAMAGES: Before signing Bill of lading or FEDEX/UPS documents carefully inspect all merchandise for any shortages or damages. If any shortages occur, please make a notation on bill of lading or UPS document, then notify MPI immediately. If damages occur, please make a notation on bill of lading or UPS document, then refuse damaged product and contact MPI immediately. We apologize for any shipping errors. Please notify of any discrepancies within 5 working days of receipt of product. If we are not notified within this period of time, full credit may not be given. After 30 days, any returns for any reason will have a 20% restocking fee applied. All dated items must be returned within 30 days for credit. We will not accept returns on special order items. GUARANTEE: Medical Products Inc. does not and will not buy any merchandise off hospital contracts. We realize this is an unacceptable practice. Our products are obtained through direct purchase from manufacturer, buying overstock, deadstock, special purchases, and bankruptcy. Because we are confident in the products we sell, we do carry Product Liability Insurance.
