We are committed to distribution and will only sell to medical dealers and distributors.


  1. No minimum order
  2. Free Freight: All orders placed through Medical Products, Inc. will be shipped without freight charges with a $1,000.00 minimum on UPS, except to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii, on refrigerated items, and freight sensitive items. Please refer to our freight sensitive policy for a list of these items.
  3. Toll free phone and fax numbers: Call anytime 800-638-0489 or fax 800-837-8572 free of charge. A receptionist is available to direct your call during office hours. A voice mail system is available, so you can leave a message whenever your party is unavailable or our offices are closed.
  4. Net 30 day terms: Net 30 days terms from date of invoice with approved credit and for all accounts in good standing. Accounts are not placed on credit hold until invoices are 10 days past due.
  5. Accept all major credit cards: This allows companies to build up points for airline mileage and free gifts through their credit card company and extend your payment and additional 30 days.
  6. Product Liability Insurance: Commercial general liability through Ripley Insurance Company with limits of 3M aggregate and 1M each occurrence.
  7. Internet Capabilities: You can go to our website, , to see the products that we carry and the services that we offer. There is also a contact page where you may e-mail your questions or suggestions to anyone on the management team at Medical Products, Inc.
  8. Monthly Specials: Please watch for our specials we are now offering from month to month. The specials are posted on the website and are mailed, emailed, or faxed monthly based on your preference. Please call Customer Service to see when you will be receiving your next monthly special.
  9. Internal Sales/Customer Service: Medical Products, Inc. strives to communicate one on one with our customers. Our inside sales/customer service reps will be available to help answer any questions you may have concerning our company. They will also be informing you of new products or specials we have from time to time. Please give them a call.
  10. Office Products, Etc.: Office Products, Etc. is another benefit from Medical Products, Inc. We have a full line of office products available.   11. Member Rewards Program: Customers can earn 1 point for every dollar spent, based on fully paid invoices within our Net 30 terms. Points add up to gift certificates through Eddie Bauer, L.L.
